Frank has partnered with smile.com.au to give members with dental extras access to savings of 15–40% off dental treatment fees at participating dentists. The saving varies between dentists, so ask for a quote before starting treatment. These fee reductions are separate from any rebate available through your Frank policy.
You do not need to purchase a Smile membership. Present your Frank membership card at your appointment to access the arrangement. Your insurance benefit will depend on the services included in your cover and your remaining limits.

How Does Frank Health Insurance Work With Smile?
When arranging your appointment, tell our team you have Frank dental extras and bring your membership card to your visit. Your dentist can discuss your needs and provide a quote showing the applicable treatment fees before you decide to proceed.
Smile reduces the dental fee first. Any eligible Frank benefit is then based on your policy’s terms. The amount you can claim depends on the services included in your cover, your waiting periods and available limits.
Frank confirms that Smile fee savings remain available during dental waiting periods, including for major dental when your policy does not cover it. This does not make those services claimable. Check your benefit entitlement with Frank and allow for any remaining amount you must pay.
