West Perth Dental Centre partners with smile.com.au, helping eligible onemedifund members access reduced dental fees. If your extras cover includes dental, your Smile membership is already included, so there is no separate membership to purchase.
You may also qualify for selected no-gap preventative services, depending on your cover and remaining benefits.
Make Use of Your onemedifund Extras With Smile
Through its partnership with smile.com.au, onemedifund gives contributors with dental extras access to reduced and capped fees at participating dentists. Present your onemedifund membership card to access the arrangement; a separate Smile card is not required.
Eligible contributors can also receive up to two no-gap check-up and clean packages per financial year, subject to waiting periods and available annual dental limits. Other dental treatment may still involve an out-of-pocket cost. Ask for a quote and confirm your benefits with onemedifund before proceeding with care.

How Does onemedifund Work With Smile?
Let our team know you have onemedifund dental extras when booking, and bring your membership card to your appointment. We can discuss recommended treatment and the applicable Smile fees so you can check your likely out-of-pocket costs before proceeding.
The no-gap check-up and clean package includes an examination, scale and clean, fluoride treatment and diagnostic X-rays where clinically required. The package excludes treatment-only appointments, and eligibility depends on waiting periods and remaining annual dental limits.
For other care, reduced Smile fees and any onemedifund insurance rebate are considered separately. Your rebate depends on your cover and the services provided. A reduced fee does not guarantee a no-gap result. Ask onemedifund to confirm your available benefits using the proposed dental item numbers.
