How Does nib Work?

nib provides you with access to a wide range of dental services. To make a claim for your dental treatment at West Perth Dental Centre, simply present your nib member card or digital nib card at our front desk. Our staff will then submit your claim through HICAPS. Your claim will be processed instantly, and all you’ll need to pay is the gap, if applicable.

Some conditions may apply to your cover, like waiting periods and annual limits. You can check your level of cover and what benefits you’re entitled to by logging into your account, using the nib app, or calling 13 16 42. You can also use the nib app to track the status of your claims.
